Shipping Policy
Processing & Fulfillment
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays). Business days are Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may begin processing the next business day.
Same-Day Shipping Cutoff
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day are eligible for same-day fulfillment when inventory and carrier pickup schedules permit. This is not guaranteed.

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Estimated transit times begin after the order leaves our facility:

Transit times are carrier estimates and not guaranteed. Rural or extreme weather locations may add 1–2 extra days.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is fulfilled. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
International Shipping
We currently ship only within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are serviced via USPS Priority Mail (3–7 business days). Additional customs fees, duties, or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
Items marked “Pre-Order” ship when officially released. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship everything together unless you request split shipments (additional shipping fees apply).
Delays & Communication
In the rare event of inventory issues, carrier delays, or high-volume periods (e.g., set releases, holidays), we will notify you via email within 1 business day and provide an updated fulfillment estimate.
Non-Shippable Items
Digital codes, event tickets, or local pickup items are excluded from this policy.
